Order Terms

ArchStone GFRC address plaques, name and street plaques, and architectural numbers are made to order. Order details, address numbers, finish selection, dimensions, and project scope are reviewed and approved before fabrication.

Professional installation is available throughout the Chicago area as an optional paid service. Installation is not included automatically in the product price. Final installation pricing depends on the project location, wall material, access, and mounting conditions.

Nationwide shipping is available for all plaque products, including Address Plaques, Name Plaques, Street Plaques, custom inscription plaques, large address plaques, and other custom GFRC plaque designs. Shipping cost is calculated based on product dimensions, weight, packaging requirements, and destination ZIP code. Professional installation remains available in the Chicago area as a separate optional service.

ArchStone USA provides a 10-year limited warranty against confirmed manufacturing defects affecting the integrity of the GFRC product under normal exterior use.

The warranty does not cover improper installation, impact damage, substrate or wall failure, building movement, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, chemical exposure, abnormal environmental conditions, or natural variations in handcrafted color and texture.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase. ArchStone USA may repair, replace, or refund the affected product at its discretion.

Personalized products are made to order and are generally not eligible for return after production begins. Order details must be reviewed and approved before fabrication.

Trade pricing and volume quotations are available upon request for builders, contractors, architects, designers, developers, and property-management companies.
